This is a very special garden, with glorious views, lots of unusual plants, both native and cultivated, and a newly discovered water-garden.

 

 

 

 

The Yew Tree Garden Rediscovered

The Garden at the Yew Tree is the Welsh version of the Lost Gardens of Heligon.

We want to show you some of its history, and some of the glory so far discovered.

It is going to take a while to get this site up and running, but do come back at intervals to see what is appearing..

The wildlife meadow This meadow is a Gwent Wildlife meadow because of the richness of variety of plants in it. Click here to see more about this meadow (not yet ready).

The water garden This water-garden is new rediscovered and very beautiful.. Click here to see more of what we have found (not ready yet).

The biodiversity area This area has huge old native trees along it's edge and a variety of (at present unmanaged) once coppiced trees etc. Click here to find out more about this area (not ready yet.).
